DOWNLOADS and INSTALLATION
In this page are available to download the listed software.
It is recomended to carefully read the manuals. They are in PDF format.
To read them you need to download ACROBAT READER from ADOBE.

To expand ZIP files you must use WINZIP.

SEISMOWIN.ZIP Seismowin installation pack version 2.27

Download only update executable file 6SMOWIN.EXE the executable file to update version from 2.27. Who is using beta version of 2.27 can use this exe to update the software. Any other version must be uninstalled and reistalled using the istallation pack WARNING! Changing the software for previous version will change the system settings in a significative way. Please check all setting fields before start datalogging.

Alarm
For who is in search of an alarm.wav file you can download this file warning.wav. It has been recorded by a professional speaker Mrs. Carla Antognoni. To use it simply download it and rename is as alarm.wav in order to allow Seismowin to use it.
 

Data exchange software over internet

The SEISMONET software is developed to make easier the data exchange using internet. It is basicly a FTP and SMTP program. SEISMOWIN generates a number of seismic files and virtual drums with images of the current seismicity. The virtual drums and other images or files can be shared over internet using pages like this.
This is the first version of this software. Surely it will contains bugs and suggestion will be needed to make it user friendly and reliable. I wait your ideas about it.

INSTALLATION
To install this software you must at first download the istallation pack.
It is composed by 1 compressed file.
The compressed file must be expanded in a specific folder (ex. C:\6smopack\6smonet) or expanded in few floppy disks or a CDROM.
In the case you will use some floppy disks you have to store:

SETUP.EXE
SETUP.LST
xxxxxx1.cab        (xxxxx = programname)

in the disk 1

xxxxxx2.cab       (xxxxx = programname)

in the disk 2

and so  on...

UPDATE
If you are updating a version of the program, if it is not otherwise specified, you can update only the executable file. In this case download the EXE and overwrite the old version with the newer.

SEISMODOCTOR

This software allow to monitor the SEISMOWIN activity.
If SEISMOWIN crash SEISMODOCTOR will reboot the machine.

THis is the first version of the software. Surely you will find bugs and improvements to make on. I wait your impressions about it.

ISTALLATION
To install this software you need to have istalled SEISMOWIN.

After this, create a folder as:

C:\6SMODCT  (it can also be different but examine the manual for important notices)

store the exe file inside the specified folder.
